Sup atau sop ya namanya? Ada bedanya ga?<\/p>\n<p>Cap cus aja deh, Pertama cuci tangan dulu yah.<\/p>\n<p>Bahan buat bumbu hanya <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">bawang putih<\/span><\/strong> dan <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">merica<\/span><\/strong>. Diulek sampe agak halus.<\/p>\n<p>Terus, ditumis pake<strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">BlueBand \u00a0atau minyak goreng<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> [tapi lebih baik dan lebih enak blueband] <\/span><\/strong>sampe harum. Kenapa ditumis? Supaya bumbunya masak, mateng, ga bikin sakit perut.<\/p>\n<p>Bahan-bahan lain: <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">air, daging tetelan, wortel, buncis, daun bawang, daun seledri, tahu putih, garam, gula.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Siapkan panci, didihkan <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">air<\/span>. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Menunggu air mendidih, ambil <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">daging tetelan<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">, cuci bersih.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Nah, kalo <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> airnya<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> sudah mendidih, <\/span><\/strong>masukkan bumbu yang tadi udah kita tumis.<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Aduk-aduk sebentar. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Lalu masukkan <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">daging tetelan<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> yang udah dibersihkan. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Kecilkan api. Saat ini kita sedang membuat \u00a0kaldu. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Nyokap tadinya mau pake tulangan untuk bikin kaldu. Tapi Pak Toet-toet ga jual kaldu hari ini. Ndapapa, kita pake daging tetelan aja. Enak toh, malah bisa dimakan dagingnya.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nah, sambil nungguin kaldu jadi, siapin sayuran.<\/p>\n<p>Kupas <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">wortel<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> lalu potong-potong. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Lalu <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">buncis<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> dipotong juga.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> Jangan lupa cuci sayuran sebelum dipotong, karena kalo udah dipotong-potong vitamin yang terlarut oleh air cucian lebih banyak daripada sebelum dipotong. Kalo mau, bisa nambah sayuran yang lain seperti, kentang, kembang kol, dll.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Siapin <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">tahu putih<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> Potong-potong. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Siapin juga potongan <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">daun bawang dan seledri<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> . <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Ok, kalo kaldunya udah jadi, dagingnya udah empuk, ambil daging yang masih ukuran besar itu pake garpu terus dipotong kecil-kecil. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Terus masukkin semua sayuran yang udah disiapin tadi, <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">wortel dan buncis<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> Masukkin <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">daging<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> yang udah dipotong kecil-kecil. Aduk-aduk. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Masukkin <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>garam<\/strong><\/span> secukupnya. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Tambahkan <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">gula<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">, supaya gurih. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Aduk-aduk lagi. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Tunggu sampe mendidih. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Kalo udah mendidih, cemplungin <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">tahu putih<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">. Plung&#8230;plung&#8230;plung&#8230; Aduk-aduk sebentar.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Matikan api. Lalu masukkan <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">daun bawang dan seledri<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sajikan selagi panas.<\/p>\n<p>Wuih, Mantaaaap. Sayur sop itu termasuk yang mudah dibikin dan sehat, karena sayurnya berwarna-warni, berkuah, ada dagingnya, pake tahu juga, dan yang paling penting dari resep ini adalah ga pake penyedap makanan\/MSG\/Monosodium Glutamat\/micin\/vetsin \u00a0yang ga baik buat otak.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hari ini disuruh nyokap masak sup.
